Are Lpn’s In The State Of Pennsylvania Allowed To Pronounce A Patients Death?

At my job we considering hiring LPN’s and are unable to find the answer to this question. If anyone can give me an answer to this question or tell me where to find the answer I would really appreciate it.

    nope, thats from my mom who is a nurse, she said only doctors or emt’s can do that

    To get the most accurate answer, I would get a hold of the Pennsylvania board of nursing and ask them. They would know their statures and liabilities.
