Are There Any Online Lpn Nursing Programs?

In this not so perfect world everyone can’t quit work and go to school or work at night full time and go to school full time during the day plus be a full time parent this is why Im looking for an online LPN program. Do you know of any?

    You cannot take LPN courses online…you could probably take the prerequisites that are non-nursing related online but the nursing courses themselves must be done in person – this is because not only is there lecture, there is also clinicals and labs in which you MUST be in person and be hands on.
    Contact your local community colleges and see if any offer an LPN program. It is way more convenient to take that program at a college than at a technical school. Good luck :)

    There are not any. There may be programs that allow you to take some general education courses online, but you would still have to go to a campus for certain classes. Also, you would have to do a practicum, which would have to be completed in a healthcare setting. There is no way you could do these things online. Check out your local community college and see if they have a program. You may be able to take weekend and night classes. My sister-in-law was in a community college program-she worked pt at night and took classes during the day.

    Sorry there is none. Most LPN schools do not have any prereqs so you can not take general courses online.
