I’m not sure about colorado specifically, but I know there is a national nursing shortage. You may have to start off working strange hospital hours, or in nursing home, but there will almost certainly be a job of some sort available for you. Also, check with local doctors, schools, health department, etc

Go online and research hospitals and clinics in the cities you’re considering. I personally don’t know if Colorado hospitals routinely use LPNs so you’ll have to check job postings and find out. Investigate Sub-Acute Care centers, rehabs and long-term care. For money, run a search for “average LPN salary by state”. You’ll hit paydirt.
Or you can hook up with a registry. Some of them network with registries in other states. Don’t forget to contact the Colorado State Board of Nursing in advance to find out what the licensing requirements are.
