Are there refresher courses offered for a LPN to take her state boards to get her nursing license?
This Question From LPN Nursing License | 1 Answer
I graduated from nursing school in 1997 with my LPN degree. I took my state boards twice and I didn’t pass them. I have 3 more times that I can try. I would like to know are there refresher courses offered before I try to take them again.

I don’t know about refresher courses, but after you become an LPN you have to have so many CE (continuing ed) credit each year to renew your license. You can take these courses in a self-study format. There is a good website to visit. http://www.yournursece.com I used to work for the company and you pay $28.95 for an entire year of classes (no matter how many you take) if you do them all online. If you want home study where you get a book you have to pay for each course. For the cheap price it might help. They also have a DEMO course you can take to see what it would be like. They are a small, friendly, and very nice company….no teleprompters when you call. Someone actually answers the phone!! The lady that owns it and writes the courses is an RN.
