I am from the Philippines and about to graduate as PN in a local school here…do i have chances to get hired from a hospital or nursing home in the US even though i am just a graduate from a new school of PN in the philippines? i hope i can get answers from you so i know what to do…thank you..

Unfortunately in the US you must pass a nursing certification for each state you work as a nurse in. You will have to check with the Board of Nursing in the state you will be working in to see what additional education or certifications you will require for that state.
