Can I sue webster university?r=1223661600?

I was 18 and just got my GED. English was not my first langauage so I left high school to study and get my GED. I thought I was worth nothing and ran into a Webster University ad (somewhere Florida). I went there to discuss what I might want to do. I told the guy I wanted to go for RN (registered nurse) and he told me that this place is perfect. I was told that RN is a 2 year degree and that they offer a LPN degree which takes 1.5 years. I took out massive loans to attend this school. After 2 semesters I found out that none of the credits are transferable and that if a college did not want to accept them they did not have to because the standard is a 4 digit system and websters is 3 which is not used by community colleges. This guy told me that I can take what I get at webster and use it towards my RN degree. HE TOLD ME THEY TRANSFER. Well, now I owe salie mae 6k. I don’t want to screw salie mae but I don’t want webster to take advantage of me and others like this. What can I do?

  1. Pay back your loan with Sallie Mia and look at a Title 4 school that offers a degree that will facilitate getting your RN.
