Can I Take Lpn Board Exam While In My Junior Year Of The Bsn Program At The University Of Iowa?
This Question From Iowa LPN Programs | 1 Answer
I am in the BSN at the University of Iowa and want to take the LPN exam, but we do not have a separate degree or class set for this.
Can I sit in the exam with out completing a program if I have had enough BSN classes?

You would need to contact the Iowa Board of Nurse Examiners, or Department of Regulation and Licensing, or whatever they call it in Iowa to inquire how you would go about doing this, and/ or if you’re qualified.
.
Chances are, if you can do this, you will need certain documentation from your University verifying that you’ve taken what would be the minimum requirements (course-wise), to qualify. But if your University doesn’t have a relationship with the Board this way, you may be out of luck
But good luck, call them now!
