Can You Go From A Cna To An Lpn Online?

If you can can you please refer me to a website. I keep searching and it give you schools where you can get your online degree but it does not give me the option to go from CNA to LPN. Thanks for the help.

    No. You have to have clinicals and there is no way to do that online.
