Did you find a job after choosing a LPN practical nursing trade school program? I’m looking into schools as we?

I’m looking into schools as we speak…I’ve looked in Community colleges but I’d rather choose a trade school. One of those 12 month programs specifically. Later on I guess I’ll continue my education and go back for an RN license. Now some of the programs in Colleges offer “externships” I guess you would call them, or is it called clinicals? Not sure if theres a difference but I wanted to know if you went the trade school route, did you find a job fairly fast with no “externship”? Or do they give you clinicals during the 12 months of school and that’s pretty much the same? I just want to make sure I’m making the right choice.

So basically I guess I’m asking is if you found a job fairly quick after graduating? Or did you find yourself with no “experience”? And if that was the case, what type of program would you have chosen?

Or does it even make a difference of what type of school you choose? Is it all pretty much the same now?

Thank you in advance.
