Do I Need To Get An Lpn Before An Rn? -queens, New York?
This Question From New York LPN Programs | 1 Answer
I have a BA in communications. I would like to do a career change into Nursing.
Will I need to start over and get an Associates degree, LPN or can I just jump to an RN concentration?
I am also looking into schools in the Queens/ Nassau area, any advice? -Thank you!

No. Most LPN to RN bridges are in some aspects, unfair. They leave you unprepared in a way and in my opinion would be a waste of time if your goal is to be an RN. Try for the BSN. You would obviously have the basic education credits so all you would need is the nursing classes. Good luck.
