Do Lpn’s In Alaska Make Good Money. ?

I was thinking of moving to Alaska (Anchorage or Juneau), and i was wondering if it is possible to live out there on a nurse’s salary. Is it really as expensive as they say it is… thanks in advance

    It is difficult to get a job as an LPN – all the jobs are for RNS don’t go expecting to find work because it won’t happen, and no they don’t make that great of money.

    I don’t live in Alaska, so I can’t give you specifics.
    Check salary.com for a round about figure. Or, you can go to allnurses.com it’s a forum with nurses from all over. Some one may have already asked your question.
