Just look up your website for your state board of nursing and check out the LPN schools in your area and contact them about admission requirements.
Most schools in NY state don’t require pre-reqs for the LPN program because they are trying to turn over nurses because we’re in a hurt.
Though, there are some programs that make sure you have your CNA. So, just check out the schools in your area and request information from them. That’s all I can tell ya.
My school didn’t require any pre-reqs. All that was required was a pre-admission test to make sure you’re competent in reading (your textbooks will be your new best friends) and math (for all those dang conversions). So, just brush up on basic algebra.
