This Question From Colorado LPN Programs | 2 Answers

license. Problem is I am going to nursing school now and want to be an LPN. Dont know if they will give me a LPN license if I have my CNA license revoked. What if I surrender my CNA license. The state board told me that I could do that too. Please give me any advice you have. Just want to be able to obtain my LPN license when I graduate. thanks

You need an employment law attorney in Colorado, preferably one who has dealt with prior State Board of Nursing issues.
