I live in wi and am going to school for my ADN, which is a two year degree&lt;a href=&quot;http://www.rnstudents.com/&quot;&gt; RN &lt;/a&gt;program.  The school I go to takes twice as long as the program because of the amount of students that are going through.  An&lt;a href=&quot;http://www.lpn-programs.com/&quot;&gt; LPN &lt;/a&gt;is a one year program here and takes us two years to get, at least at my school.   anyways the pay here is around 35,000.  if you are looking at going in to the nursing program and need a job right away, you could go to be a CNA, which only takes a few months.</description>
