I’m a 68 whisky (medic) in the reserves and I’ll be going to training (Basic & AIT) in May and I was wondering how I can end up in this program? my friend said just to talk to my unit about it and do good in AIT…any other recommendations?

YOU need to finish ALL your training, get some experience, get proficient as a medic, combat is a plus, before you can even think of applying for advanced medical skills that awards MOS identifiers!

It is a reenlistment incentive at this time. Are you in a CSH? For a reservist you will need to be assigned to a unit that has 68W M6 slots.
