How Is A Lpn Job Different From A Cna Job At A Nursing Home?

This Question From LPN Nursing Jobs | 2 Answers

I’m thinking about studying to become a LPN, but I heard that most work at nursing homes, and though I don’t want to work at any of them. I know that I might have to. So what would a LPN do that a CNA wouldn’t at a nursing home. Or are they all just treated the same?
And are there any LPNs out there, if so can you explain what you do? Thanks!

cna’s do all the hands on dirty work and the LPN’s manage the paperwork, meds, etc
