I was an LVN (same as an LPN) for 7 years. The level of difficulty depends on the job really. It's not that difficult to learn things, but as far as knowing medications, that's where I thought it got a little more difficult. You'll always be working under a registered nurse or doctor, so that makes it a lot easier too. I became a registered nurse in May- now that's a whole different ballgame!
