		<description>12-18 months is about right. I was an LVN (same as an LPN) for 7 years. The level of difficulty depends on the job really. It&#039;s not that difficult to learn things, but as far as knowing medications, that&#039;s where I thought it got a little more difficult. You&#039;ll always be working under a registered nurse or doctor, so that makes it a lot easier too. I became a registered nurse in May- now that&#039;s a whole different ballgame! Good luck!</description>
