I’m assuming you either have a high school diploma or are about to get one once school is over. I would suggest becoming a CNA first, a certified nursing assistant works with nurses to record patents’ vital signs and with activities of daily living. Once you do this you can earn anywhere from $9 to $16 an hour. Some BSN programs require you to become one before acceptance to the program. But anyway, LPN is honestly a waste of time and money, you should just start your pre reqs for the RN program. I suggest starting in a community college and get your associates, they usually have waiting lists and you can work during that time and take some classes towards your BSN. After this you can transfer to a University and get your BSN.

    Your local community college.
