I am a single mom raising one child as a lpn in ohio. I would like to go back to school and get my rn. Does anyone have any information in regards to getting assistance from government or know of any special programs?

    Unless you are making well over 50K a year, you should be able to receive some sort of assistance. Will your employer not help pay for you going back to school. You should check with the financial aid office there are many programs available for single moms, and nurses.
