I am going to graduate at 16. I am interested in taking an LPN program. Can I get into one at 17?

I live in Texas near the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I will be seventeen this December. I graduate in June.

    As long as you have a diploma, your age doesn’t matter. My brother went to college at 17.

    Yes. As long as you have a GED.

    You have to check with particular colleges in your area. You see, some of them have this admission requirement “Be at least 17 years of age when classes begin” (Gefferson College), some of them require that “Applicant must be 18 years of age” to start.
