You should be able to. Check with the Georgia’s licensing board and see what the requirements are. Some states allow you to transfer your license to their state some require that you take a test.

    I believe you will have to be certified in each state as there is no national certifcation.

    yes. you will have to take the Louisiana’s LPN test to get your license for that state.
