    First, you are not going to graduate with a license. You will have to pass the state examination to get a license. To transfer to PA, request an application from the State Board of Nurse Examiners in PA and complete the application requirements and instructions.
    From experience, the wait is involved in the transfer of information from one state agency to another(how long it takes IL to send the information requested to PA).
