I had one for my daughter that you had to lift out of the seat and she pinched her leg really bad on it. Needless to say, I had to quit trying to potty training her cause she was so scared of the potty. My daughter has a noisy one that she got from my parents and she doesnt een notice that it makes noise. It has a little toy TP thing attached to it and she'll spin that around but she never makes it play. Id just go with a simple one. The thing that worked for my mom when she was training my brother was Cheerios. Throw a few Cheerios into the water of the toilet (or put a little water in the potty chair) and let him shoot them down. My mom always kept a little box of Cheerios in the bathroom for that very reason. Simple ones are cheaper and just as effective.
