		<description>you would have to contact indiana state board of nursing to find out what state law allows a lpn and rn to do. a lpn can obtain a job in the same facility as a rn except in the critical care areas such as ICU, CCU, PACU, PICU and NICU. the reason for this is because these pts are on monitors that a lpn is not qualified to read or interpret. also depending on facility a lpn may not be able to administer blood or blood products, critical care drips and do administrative work</description>
