Is Anyone A 91wm6 In The Us Army?

Can you tell me the difference between the 91W and the 91WM6? I know the difference in what they are as a whole but how do they differ in actual job duties? What makes one better or worse as a job than the other? Like I said though, I already know that one is a medic and one a medic/lpn, but it’s the little things I want to know.
