Licensed Practical Nurse?

I recently started school for an LPN in Pennsylvania, However, I live in Ohio. I am not so sure about the licensing per state. I do know the licensure for PA is done within the state, but If I am wanting to transfer my lincensure over to Ohio, is it the same steps?? Just get licensed there, but send my transcript to the agency?

    ITs actually very easy. Go to the Ohio board of nursing web site and there should be instructions there to follow. Every state is a bit different in what you need to do (some require a class in a specific topic etc); you fill out paperwork and send $; Ohio will contact PA to see if you are in good standing there. This is essentially the same step to work in any state as a nurse.
