Nclex-rn Passer Wants To Be An Lpn First, Is It Possible?

This Question From LPN Nursing NCLEX | 1 Answer

QUESTION:

Even though i passed NCLEX-RN, do i need to pass NCLEX-PN too if i want to be an LPN first? I want to work my way up the ladder first, from LPN to RN. I’m educated outside the US by the way and a fresh graduate too. So i’m really not confident with the ways of US hospitals.

I am sure you can find someplace that will let you work in the capacity of an LPN, but I don’t think you can exchange your RN for an LPN license. Why would you want to?? Any hospital that hires you will give you a proper orientation before putting you to work.
