If you want a faster pace, go with the EMT training, especially if you live in a larger urban area. The others you listed would be mostly doing routine stuff, mostly the same over and over again. As an EMT you never know what you will be dealing with. I was an EMT for a rural volunteer ambulance near a national park. I was paged out to a motel for a stabbing victim. It turned out someone had poked their finger on barbed wire while hiking. You could barely see the spot!!! All I could do is wipe it off and tell them to get a tetanus shot if they weren’t up to date!
