nursing home scholarship?

ok so the nursing home near my house is sending me to cna training and they are paying for it =] of course i have to work for them a set amount of time but my question is, if i wanted to be a lpn or rn or medical assistant, will they provide scholarships or send me to school for this while i am working for them..i want to be a nurse and starting out as a cna will help me get a feel of what it is like to work in healthcare..only serious answers please..i can find this out tomorrow but i just want to know if any of you have had this done or is it even possible for a nursing home to help with this

  2. I am sure they can do it if they want to. Why would they want to?
    If they can keep you working for several years at near minimum wage
    and you become very proficient, what would be the advantage
    to them to school you to do the same job at higher pay.
    See if they have any program on their books that spells out
    conditions for further education and advancement.
    Administrators change regularly. If one promises you something
    try to get it in writing.
