Nursing In Kansas?

This Question From Kansas LPN Programs | 1 Answer

QUESTION:

I need to know what is the best way to start my career in nursing. i live in wichita kansas and was wondering what are some good schools that have a good program i could get into. I want to start off by becoming a cna so i can go ahead and get started in a hospital and keep going to school for LPN and the RN and maybe eventually BSN! It’s just everytime i do research about school or programs or how to get started i always run into a dead end, so any nurses who live in or aroung wichita and have gone through it what is the best way to get started and the best program to go through? I want to get started as soon as possible and get experience in a hospital! I am in my first year of college at cowley county and i still need to take Anat. & phys.

Check out community college programs for two year degrees. Look at Kansas State and University of Kansas for 4 year nyrsing programs.
