Obtaining a NJ LPN License?

My wife is an LPN in the state of Pennsylvania. She seems to think she heard that with a nursing license in PA, you can work in New Jersey and vice versa. Does anybody know if this is true?

  1. Some states are “compacted” that is they accept each other’s licenses; other you need to apply for that state’s license (which is an easy process). Contact the New Jersey board of nursing–simple.

  2. Moon Crystal says:

She needs to contact New Jersey’s board on nursing and ask them.

  3. Write to the state board of nursing for NJ. They will know what to do to transfer her license

  4. Nurses are superb, so many of them give up so much, only so that they can look after for other peeps. In the box below is a website I uncovered with lots of stuff about nursing – and lots of alternative vocations too.
