Thinking of going back to school to finish my degree. What are the big differences in LPN and RN?

What are the job duty differences, and the pay differences? Which is easier to find a job?

And what are RN’s starting at a hour? What are MOST RN’s topping out at?

An RN makes more money. They top out at about $40.00 per hours, but an LPN has far more job choices and it is easier for them to find a job, plus they make very good wages, too.
