What Advantages And Disadvantages Does Memphis Tennessee Have.i Am An Lpn From Nc And Plan On Moving There?

I would really like to know am I at an advantage if I move from North Carolina to Memphis tennessee. I am an Lpn and I was wondering about the job market and housing areas. can anyone provide any insight? Thank you

    Memphis is nasty- try Nashville instead! It’s a great city with fabulous hospitals. There is always something great happening here and it’s a cool place with just the right blend of old and new. Housing is reasonable in certain areas and in some of the towns surrounding the city. Schools are best (if you have kids) in Sumner, Rutherford and Williamson counties. Hope this helps- I just personally have never liked Memphis, but my whole family (3 generations) love the Nashville area. We moved here 6 1/2 years ago from Las Vegas!
