what is a good lpn program in or near md that is not too hard to get into?

IT can be in new jersey( close to ny or philly),new york or pa(not further than philly), even va( close to dc) … .. I can relocate but not too far from md or where I cant find a job I just need to go to school and get accepted to a good lpn program before I hit 21. I dont want to go to dc cause their schools dont take finacial aid. I need finacial Aid. NO more than 15 months.
