What Is Life Like As A Lpn In The Navy As A Teenager?

is it a good experienceh for a 18 year old just graduating high school? do it require you to travel alot and see places you wouldnt think of? is it a offer of a lifetime or will i regret it? and what is it like after 4 years if i leave? THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO ANSWERS.

there are no LPNs in the Navy. Only RNs and you must have the BSN in hand before you can seek a commission..
if you are referring to the enlisted position HM: you are NOT an LPN or remotely equivalent. at most with the right C schools you could be considered an EMT-B..that’s it.
and if you are female, there is almost zero chance that HM will even be an option to you anyway.. It is closed to females for at least a year.
Entirely up to you. The Navy, like all military branches, is what you make of it. You will get more than enough travel on sea duty. Whether or not you regret it is, again, your call: if you throw yourself into your work and into being a sailor, you will find that it is a rewarding experience. If you decide to be lazy and a dirtbag, you’ll hate every minute of your life as a sailor. When you get out in four years you’ll have the GI Bill in hand and a memorable bunch of experiences to share with your family.
