The starting salary for an LPN in your area of Florida is $14 an hour and Medical Assistants start at $12. The LPN occupation is very rewarding and you will meet many people and will gather skills along the way to work in many areas. Im sure some clown here will come and post some nonsense that LPN’s are being “phased out” and its better to go to RN for the “money”. Truth of the matter is that many of these simpletons with no medical background fail to see that one wants to become an LPN to have skills and in the future to maybe just maybe go for the RN.
