What Is The Exact Amount That A Lpn Makes In Georgia?

This Question From Georgia LPN Programs | 3 Answers

You guys I’m not trying to be smart a__ but that salarywizard is Not right, especially for the south. It’s usually much lower than even the “lowest median salary”. I’m not kidding! Call a nursing school at a college such as Emory or Univ. Of Georgia, ask to speak to the Admissions office. Befriend the person, ask who you should speak to- I would think the career adviser. Or i bet the nurses have a society in GA of some type, google this. A Licensed Practical Nurse just starting out is not a Registered Nurse- this would obviously vary greatly where you worked- a nursing home? Home health care? Caring for granny while her kids paid you? $36,000? In rural GA or Atlanta? Get real, there’s no way to quantify this via an internet site. You need to talk to girlfriend nurses in the town where you are applying. I had a client this year who worked doing nursing tasks in a nursing home in a mid-sized city in AL. She had a lot of experience. I don’t know if she was a L.P.N. but she made exactly minimum wage. Don’t shoot the messenger, lol…
