What Must I Do To Pledge Aka?

I have had some college but I have not finished. I am about to attend the Technology Center in Tennessee for LPN. I want to become an aka but I do not know if that is possible because I am not attending a university. I have heard that there are other steps to take can someone help me I have been waiting a lifetime for this oppertunity.
